Included in the price are all taxes (garbage, water
etc.) as well as electricity.
Deposit 100 € at booking.
In case of a cancellation less than 4 weeks before the date of arrival
the whole deposit will be retained.
The total amount must be paid in full at least 10 days before date of
arrival (Direct deposit or electronic transfer).
Television sets, HIFI, iron and board, hairdryer, water cooker, dishes, toaster, microwave, dishwasher (only in apartment 1), towels (in multiple copies) also are at your disposal.
€ 20 are charged for the final cleaning.
